The FP&A Manager oversees financial planning, controlling, and reporting activities, supporting business goals through strategic financial analysis and coordination with global teams. Reporting to the Corporate FP&A Director, this role is based in Taiwan with limited international travel. Key responsibilities include implementing financial strategies, managing budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition and cost accounting. The Manager will also lead a team of financial analysts, support audits, and present financial insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and execute financial strategies, conduct budgeting and forecasting, and implement ERP-based reporting.

2. Local Operations: Oversee key local financial tasks, including revenue and cost recognition, inventory management, and cost accounting. Responsibilities extend to managing accruals, asset tracking, and supporting audit requests.

3. Global Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of financial analysts across regions, working closely with departments to address operational and financial risks.

4. Financial Reporting: Prepare timely financial reports and deliver insights and recommendations to senior management in Quarterly Business Reviews.
