Finance & Treasury Manager

The Finance & Treasury Manager will lead financial management and reporting for a new entity, supporting R&D and distribution operations. Key responsibilities include managing financial cycles, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, and preparing accurate financial statements for strategic decision-making. This role will also oversee budgeting, lead a small accounting team, and coordinate with other departments on financial planning and risk management. Additionally, the Manager will assist with ERP system implementation and deliver regular financial reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee all financial cycles (GL, A/P, A/R, treasury, and cash flow), maintain internal controls, and manage tax compliance and payroll.
2. Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop budgets, conduct variance analysis, and collaborate with departments on financial forecasts.
3. Team Leadership: Supervise a team of accountants and coordinate cross-departmental financial activities.
4. Financial Reporting: Ensure timely reporting, present insights to senior management, and participate in quarterly reviews.
