Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager/Business Developer to join our client’s team in Bangkok, a Solution Provider for sustainable solutions and eco products, dedicated to delivering innovative green build solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing existing clients and expanding your portfolio by nurturing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and cultivate existing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the green build sector, with a focus on lighting and building materials.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to grow your client portfolio.
  • Work closely with the team to align solutions and services with client needs and preferences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge related to green building and lighting.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing terms with clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our technical and project management teams.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.


Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar Account Manager or Business Development role.
  • Strong background and expertise in green building solutions, lighting, and building materials.
  • Proven track record in account management and client relationship development.
  • A thorough understanding of the green building industry, its trends, and sustainable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sustainable and eco-friendly solutions.
  • Knowledge of ESG policies and sustainable business practices is a plus.
Proficiency in both Thai and English is required for this position.
